After that work was done it was clear that the porch was too damaged to do surface repair and needed to be completely rebuilt. It turned out to be more work than I thought at the beginning, but well worth it in terms of the high quality of the work. Andriy was a very good listener and responsive to lots of questions along the way. He was open to my ideas while adding much needed expertise in the areas of needed repair.
